Description 

1-Methylpyrrolidine CAS NO: 120-94-5  is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that belongs to the group of p2x receptor antagonists. It has been shown to have an x-ray crystal structure in the monoclonal antibody fragment crystallized with a chloroform molecule, which is a chemical stability indicator. 1-Methylpyrrolidine has been synthesized using a method that involves reacting p-hydroxybenzoic acid with an amine and hydrogen bonding it to the carbonyl carbon atom in the benzoic acid moiety. The synthesized product can be used for analytical methods and biological properties. 1-Methylpyrrolidine has synergistic effects when combined with cefepime, which is a β-lactam antibiotic.
