Synthesis of CAS: 100-10-7 4-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde:
In a 100ml three-necked flask, add 4.9g (0.032mol) phosphorus oxychloride, slowly drop 2.5g (0.031mol) DMF under an ice bath, after dripping (8min), stir for 10min, then slowly drop into the three-necked flask 3.66g (0.03mol) N,N-dimethylaniline, after dripping, transfer the reaction solution to a boiling water bath for 2h, after the reaction, pour the reaction solution into 20ml of ice water and use 30% hydroxide Adjust the pH of the sodium solution to 4, stand for crystallization, and then suction and filter the next day to obtain a pale yellow or nearly colorless solid, and recrystallize it with 30ml ethanol-water (1:2.5V/V) to obtain the product p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde .
